journaling workshops
Two quiet hours
with your own voice.
Small circles of 8-10 people. Guided prompts, honest writing, and the kind of listening that changes how you hear yourself.
You don't need to be a writer. You don't need to have anything to say. You only need a notebook, a pen, and two hours you're willing to give yourself.
Each workshop is built around a single theme, softness, small griefs, the rooms of the self, and moves through breath, freewriting, guided prompts and a gentle circle share. You leave with pages of your own honest writing, and often a strange kind of lightness you didn't know you were looking for.

Letters from the notebook
A slow, monthly letter with reflections, a tarot card to sit with, a book I'm loving, and quiet updates from retreats and workshops.
